REFUND POLICY
We accept refund requests if made before the initiation of the break. We encourage customers to inquire about any details or clarifications before completing a purchase.
Refunds cannot be processed once the break has commenced.
Break Holding/Storage
Our storage capacity is limited, allowing us to retain breaks for a set period. Items such as personal breaks, group breaks (primarily for international clients), or other non-shipped products will be retained for up to 30 days from the date of your most recent purchase. If these items remain unshipped after this period, they will be subject to disposal.
We will make a concerted effort to contact you via the provided email address to arrange for shipping before disposing of any items. However, this communication is a courtesy and not a guaranteed service. The responsibility for timely shipping arrangement rests with you, the customer.
